Ce courrier est envoyé du consulat Tchéque comme l’indique le cachet du coin supérieur gauche de l’enveloppe. Il transite par la Sibérie, malheureusement aucune oblitération d’arrivée ne fut apposée.
Seule la ville de Harbin accueillait un consulat tchécoslovaque.
