Cette lettre envoyée par la Cie Internationale des Wagons-
Le nom de la ville de destination est difficilement identifiable « Jabl???Ka.?? ». Mais, elle est située dans la province de Silésie (basse). A la conférence de la paix en 1919, la Tchécoslovaquie obtient la partie de cette province qui était autrichienne (1).

This letter, sent by the « Cie Internationale des Wagons-
The name of the destination town is difficult to identify: "Jabl???Ka.?.". But it is located in the province of Silesia (Lower Silesia). At the peace conference in 1919, Czechoslovakia obtained the part of this province that had been Austrian (1).
